Manoah prayed to the Lord,[a] “Please, Lord, allow the man sent from God[b] to visit[c] us again, so he can teach[d] us how we should raise[e] the child who will be born.” God answered Manoah’s prayer.[f] God’s angel visited[g] the woman again while she was sitting in the field. But her husband Manoah was not with her. 10 The woman ran at once and told her husband,[h] “Come quickly,[i] the man who visited[j] me the other day has appeared to me!”
